Beware: Do Not Trust This Attorney!

This so-called legal professional is an absolute nightmare. If I could give negative stars, I would. He never picks up the phone, always demanding payment upfront without providing any substantial legal assistance. Despite never doing any actual work, he continuously billed me for minimal efforts. It's no surprise, considering he dodges calls and questions my understanding of the legal process.

After extracting a hefty fee from me, he had the audacity to mock my financial situation, claiming I'm in dire straits. How do people in financial distress pay you, you might ask? Well, according to his twisted logic, it's all about taking your money and providing nothing in return.

To add insult to injury, just a day before a critical legal proceeding (and after he was already paid), this unscrupulous attorney withdrew from my case. What a weasel! No wonder people call him "Sly Legal Shark." Save yourself the trouble and never, under any circumstances, hire this attorney. It's all just a money-grabbing scheme, and he's not worth the stress and disappointment he brings to your legal matters.

Smart, Capable & Effective

Our daughter recently purchased a used car from a less than ethical dealer which masked structural and safety issues that only became known upon the procurement of insurance.

The dealer was asked to refund our daughter's purchase and to take back the vehicle and they refused.

Asiya is one of the most condescending people I have ever encountered. I am not sure why she thinks she can speak with people the way she does. I don't know where she comes from, but she is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I called into the offices asking to speak with someone regarding a legal issue recently and a lady had me on hold then I suppose she transferred me to her by accident. A lady answered the phone and I started to explain my issue, and she told me that she can't help me. I asked then why was I sent to her in the phone. I asked her name because she was so rude and condescending she said assiya or Asia something like that. I'm definitely not using them for legal advice. They seem incompetent and stuck up. Learn customer service, Asiya. You are so rude and unprofessional. Get a grip! We are people and we are dealing with life. Have some compassion! That kind of nasty attitude needs to be fired.

I spoke with him last year for a free consultation when I was dealing with a bank that refused to reimburse me after the bank honored a check I wrote that was stolen from the mail and fraudulently altered. The bank claimed I was liable because I did not detect the fraud within 60 days, which is in the bank's terms of service. Steven advised me VA law places a two year statute of limitations on fraud. After our conversation I was able to successfully get the bank to reverse its decision after several months of arguing with them. I had planned to retain him but the free advice he gave me was enough to win my appeal with the bank! If I ever need a consumer protection lawyer again I would call right away.

Do not waste time looking any further than this law firm. Their logo - "Honest Advice. For Everyone." is not just words but it's reflected in their actions. I can't speak highly enough of Katarina Nguyen at Steven Krieger Law, who was godsend during turbulent times in my life, following nasty divorce.
