I do not recommend this daycare.

License is currently on probation, for reasons linked below.

My kids were caught up in the teacher assaults, which were reported to school leadership who decided to not report those assaults to CPS (as required by law). One of the teachers (staff #8 in the report) was accused of assault in March, but allowed to remain in the classroom until there was another assault allegation in June; so to say the teachers were immediately terminated and safety is a priority is a joke and self-serving.

A slue of families are considering pulling their kids out of the Early Preschool classes after two beloved teachers quit. I have two grandsons, one an early preschooler at Primrose and the other an infant at home. Recently many of the parents including myself have been disturbed at the treatment of employees. The owners seem to disregard who they put in administration. I witnessed three employees names Regan, Annie, and Imen experience one of the owners named Teon speak to them in a harsh tone about extremely minor details that did not warrant scolding to that extent. Two of these employees have quit and I have had many conversations with other parents about how we are concerned. Teon also snapped at me when I came to pick up my grandchild when I asked if his fever was high. She harshly informed me that I have to take him home regardless when I was going to take him home anyways. She has been very rude to other parents on multiple occasions. They sent out an email during teacher appreciation week where they stated saying Primrose provides flexible schedules, support, and tons of other statements that do not reflect how they are treated. A lot of these women work open until close because they are understaffed. Seems like an extremely toxic work environment. I do not enjoy seeing the teachers look exhausted or like they have been crying due to stressed.
Luckily, my daughter has been able to keep in contact with the two teachers who left. One of the teachers has told her that she has received an outreach of support from the parents and children, which is amazing! Primrose teachers seem to receive some decent support from the parents. Looking forward to looking at other centers.

      First to Review

Our son has gone to Primrose of Arlington for 8 months now and I can't recommend it highly enough.

First off, they have done an excellent job with COVID. They have isolated all of the classrooms/teachers and, so far, our son's classroom hasn't had to close at all.

Next, from the owner down, the teachers and staff are all unbelievable. They are all so kind and really invest in each child. The owner has gone above and beyond to help us out each time we have had a request/issue.

Lastly, they opened within the last year and have done an amazing job right off the bat, which is really impressive. From our point of view, they are constantly trying to improve to make sure the children are receiving the best level of care at all times.

Again, 5/5 stars to Primrose of Arlington for taking such amazing care of our son. If we weren't moving, we would definitely keep him here!
