Great experience! They were quick, gave me a good cost estimate, were respectful of my home. I would use them the next time I need large items hauled away and highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend this company. All of the employees were very courteous and very organized and VERY QUICK. Once of the owners was on-site and worked. We did a partial removal of old items stored in the basement and it took less than one hour for them to load two truckloads. We will use them again and again.

This is our second time using NOVA Junk and we were very happy with them! We reached out for help with hauling items from our basement and attic. They responded to a scheduling request very quickly and after I provided some pictures of what I needed taken away, they provided a competitive rate. Scheduling was easy and they worked with my schedule to make it convenient to me. The crew call ahead to say they were on their way and arrived on time. The crew was careful removing the items and were a joy to work with. We will definitely use them again for our hauling needs.

This pickup of our undonatable items was the second time Nova Junk helped us out. Since there was a lot of scrap lumber, it's good to know it and other eligible items would be recycled. Moreover, Norman and his crew always leave the area neat. Everyone working for for Nova Junk is upbeat and pleasant.

Perfect experience. Found them here on Yelp and they gave me the best price quote. They showed up in the time range specified. They removed the item that I needed taken and finished things up in around 5 minutes (if that). Will use again when I have things to get rid of!

Nova may mean "new", but the responsiveness and service we received from these guys seemed like that of a well-oiled hauling machine!!! I'd give more stars if I could, but simply put... if u have junk that needs hauling, give Nova a calling, lol... but seriously though - 10 out of 10 recommend for sure!!! When we're ready to declutter the other areas of our home, we'll def be back

This company is absolutely the real deal - EXCELLENT! The owner and all the employees that loaded the furniture were extremely nice and very professional. They worked very hard and fast with smiles on their faces. Everything we asked them to do, they did. They even did extra work, like sweeping the floor before they left and helping me load a chair in my van. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE COST! Nice working with a company that follows through with what they promise! Nova Junk definitely puts customers first. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Everything with them was excellent - communication, customer service and the work itself. They instill confidence and are very easy to work with. Plus their pricing is better than most.
