Kenya and her team are an absolute joy to work with. She came highly recommended by my father-in-law after my wife and I moved from California to VA. We were having many issues with USAA and needed an insurance company that worked better for us. After briefly meeting with Kenya once, we were positive she was going to be an agent we could trust. We weren't wrong.
She helped us fill insurance gaps, offered better options, and set us up with the "Drive Safe & Save" app to immediately begin our discounted services. Kenya even offered to prepare a quote for pet insurance to cover the well being of our four-legged family.
My wife and are very pleased to have picked Kenya as our first agent transitioning into State Farm. She is extremely friendly, punctual, and handles her team and business very professionally. We have been insured with State Farm for quite some time. We would like to especially thank Kenya and her great team for all their help, support and guidance through the years. We just recently added our son to our auto policy and they helped us navigate that as well. We highly recommend Kenya Knight's State Farm insurance. They are true caring professionals.

If you care about competence or responsivenes, then avoid Kenya and her team. I gave them every chance over the years, but the last straw came recently with my purchase of a new car. Here's a recap:
1. They registered the wrong model for my car. As a result, I was charged for a more expensive policy. I was promised the refund would take a week "at most." Three weeks later, I'm still waiting. (They said they were monitoring the issue "almost daily." Yeah.)
2. Why is the refund taking so long? Because it turns out they mailed the check to the wrong address -- even though I pointed out this beforehand. (Apparently, they won't refund me the same way I paid, via credit card, which would be a lot easier.)
3. Instead of deleting the wrong car from my account, they just added the right one. And never deleted the wrong one. As a result, I have an extra car on my State Farm app, which means I can't use the "Dry Safe and Drive" program. (Again, three weeks later and they're still "monitoring" the issue "almost daily.")
4. Finally -- and above all -- Kenya doesn't respond to emails. Weeks go by without communication.
Look, I understand people make mistakes. But continuing to make 'em -- and then ignoring a customer who you've wronged -- is just inexcusable.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Stay Clear. This office has the worst customer service. The receptionist will hang up on your call. The other 5 star review is probably fake. They only wrote one review and of course it would be to this "Kenya Zambrano - State Farm Insurance Agent" for 5-stars.
I have been with State Farm for many years but I realized I have been over charged for the last few cycles. As a result, I called the office during regular business hours. To my surprise, the automatic message says they are closed. Then, I kept calling until someone picked up. However, when I spoke to the receptionist, she said Kenya, my agent, will call me back tomorrow instead of today because the phones didn't work. I was shocked at what she said. she was lying to me and was clearly talking to me on the phone right then. When I called the receptionist out on it, she said "oh, Kenya isn't here today," and proceeded to hang up on me.
I called the next day, and guess what they told me. "We can't pull up your bill because our computers are down." Clearly, nothing in this office works and Kenya doesn't care at all, let alone show up to work. She overcharges so she doesn't have to work like the rest of us.

I came to Kenya Zambrano's office as a referral from a friend of mine, who is also a customer. Looking at the star rating, you can tell I have no regrets! I really like all the staff and service...everyone seems to genuinely want to help you, which I definitely appreciate...especially when dealing with different types of claims, policies, premiums etc that makes the insurance business so confusing for just about everyone (or at least moi). The staff was always really patient and knowledgeable with any questions I had when I had to file a few claims for a car accident that I was involved in as a well as a home insurance claim (when my house's roof was damaged during a freak hailstorm last year). The claims were handled quickly by the office and I was really happy working with Kenya and her staff throughout the entire process.
They also host a number of events throughout the year...such as insurance workshops (for people who want to learn more about different types of policies offered, eligibility etc), car seat safety courses etc. They even had a halloween party for customer's kids that they hosted one year...Kenya and her staff dressed up and they had snacks, candy for the kids, prizes...I took my nephew and he had a great time! I really like the office's enthusiasm and how proactive they are about putting together these types of events...this especially impressed me after switching from another agent, who only contacted me when my policies were up for renewal every couple of years.
