Intelligent Office Arlington

This Intelligent Office used to be outstanding - specifically the admin support was fantastic! When given an assignment it was professionally managed and accomplished, they pro-actively asked questions vs just not doing something if there was any confusion at all. In short, I was recommending them to everyone who would listen .... now - not so much.

In the last 4 months, the new manager does not know who is doing what or the status of any tasks when we call to check in.

While Amanda - one of the receptionists - tries to support us, there is no leadership, no accountability and no genuine support for her in completing the assigned tasks.

We have reached out to corporate to try and get this fixed on two separate occasions ... no response.

The reason for 2 Stars vs. 1 Star is the quality of the location, offices and conference rooms has remained consistent.

Bummer to provide a not-so-great review, but it is the truth.
This Intelligent Office has gone from HERO to Zero for our businesses ...

Great temp office.
All amenities are available.
Office spaces are clean and large enough for small meetings.
Office all have windows (cube spaces don't)
Support staff is most helpful and very friendly.
Great place for those who need a temp office, phone support service, or a place to work from while waiting for a security clearance.

Can say enough about this group. Friendly service and always prompt to help sort out any issue. Also best view from almost any office as i've used several periodically on my visits there. Would definitely recommend to others. Keep up the good work
