We were very pleased with the care and concerns we had with the help of Mike Noriega and then his son Mike. They both went out of there way to make us welcome and happy all with the most professional courtesy.

I had such a great experience with Michael Noriega and Crystal Quarters. I contracted with CQ for a one bedroom unit at The Concord Crystal City. Michael was very responsive to questions I posed and questions from my agency. The contact process was smooth. Check-in and move out were a breeze. CQ responded to any concerns (just a blown overhead lightbulb) or questions very timely. Micheal even called to ask if everything was good well or if I had any questions. The apartment was nicely furnished, spacious, and extremely cleaned. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping the apartment tidy. Overall it was a great eexperience for my four-month stay in the D.C. area.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! We had a 6 night stay in a one bedroom apartment and it was clean, nicely furnished and satisfied all our needs!! We plan to make this our go to place whenever visiting DC!! Amazing stay and a pleasant staff!!
