About us
Sage House is a group therapy practice serving the mental health needs of adults, children, teens and families in Northern Virginia. Headquartered in the heart of Reston Virginia, our Reston therapy services serve a wide range of mental health concerns. Our clinicians partner with you to listen and understand your concerns and create realistic, obtainable therapy goals. We draw from years of experience to create a customized approach to not only meet your needs, but to give you noticeable, long-lasting results. We use a multi-pronged approach to wellness, which includes art therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy as well as traditional counseling. Our clinicians specialize in working with clients experiencing mood disorders, PTSD, disordered eating as well as pregnant and postpartum women, those struggling with fertility challenges and loss as well as the LGBTQ+ community.
