Great location, comfy beds, friendly staff, and nice rooms. Downside internet is $10.00 a day unless you are a Hhonors gold member, and parking is $17 a day.

Clean hotel on the Ballston Metro stop. Very helpful staff. If your looking for 5 stars....look elsewhere but clean and great price.

As of 10/15/15, this hotel has a systematic, hotel-wide, problem with the internet, making it unusable.

Convenient access to metro parking, and upper floor priority for hhonors, who also have possibility to cherry pick room

Hotel needs some work, not up to hilton standards. Recommend the Westin near by or the Marriott Residence Inn. As much newer more updated and staff is more friendly. Not worth money.
