The Alzheimer's Association Ride to End ALZ is a cycling event to directly impact the pace and momentum behind the fight to end Alzheimer's. Inspired by science and driven by a determination to end this disease, participants in Ride to End ALZ raise funds and awareness to advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer's.

Fully supported, on and off the bike

Ride to End ALZ is a fully supported event for a range of riders, whether you're a novice cyclist, weekend warrior or avid enthusiast. Choose a virtual event or an in-person event that challenges you to go to distance to fight Alzheimer's.

You're not in this challenge alone — each rider will receive support from the Ride to End ALZ staff and volunteer leadership committee. We are committed to providing fundraising and training support from registration to the day of Ride. Event day, our dedicated volunteers and crew will push you toward the finish line! You can do this!

Riders for the in-person events are required to make a registration donation to get started and agree to raise the fundraising minimum in order to participate. Volunteers are not required to fundraise.

The National Chamber Ensemble (NCE) closes its 2025–2026 season with Mozart and Brahms: The Great Concertos on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 7:30 PM at Gunston Arts Center – Theater 1 .

A program of grandeur and intimacy, the evening pairs two towering concertos in a rare chamber format—revealing both their emotional sweep and intricate artistry . Pianist Carlos César Rodríguez brings virtuosic brilliance to Mozart’s beloved Piano Concerto No. 21 (“Elvira Madigan”), while NCE Artistic Director Leo Sushansky performs the iconic Brahms Violin Concerto in a deeply expressive, personal setting .

Tickets are $45 adult / $25 student (general admission) . NCE also offers a flexible viewing option: ticket holders may attend in person and/or view at home, with a concert video sent after the performance . Free parking is available at the venue .

Columbia Pike’s Monthly Lunch Club brings neighbors, business owners, and community leaders together to share ideas, build connections, and support the incredible restaurants that make the Pike so special.

Lunch Club takes place on the last Wednesday of every month and is designed to celebrate local businesses while creating meaningful conversations around the table.

In this interactive session, presented by Debra Mitchell, Founder and CEO of Inspired Consulting Solutions, LLC, participants will learn a clear and practical structure for preparing and leading high stakes conversations with confidence. We will focus on how to identify the real issue, communicate expectations clearly, respond to defensiveness without escalating tension, and reach agreements that protect both the relationship and the business. Attendees will practice applying the framework to real situations they are currently facing and leave with a repeatable approach they can use immediately.
