Event Description: Charity Raffle: Chef’s Tasting Menu for Eight at Proof Arlington Rotary Club is offering a chance to win a four course chef's tasting menu with wine pairings for eight at Proof, a Penn Quarter chic, rustic dining destination offering an eclectic selection of creative modern cuisine, a wine list of 1,000 different wines and 40 by-the-glass wines. Proof just won the 2017 RAMMY award for Best Upscale Casual Restaurant of the Year. Sales tax and gratuity are included making for a total prize value of $1,300.
