Event Description: Macedonia Baptist Church, 3412 S. 22nd Street, Arlington, VA, will sponsor a 5K RUN and 1 mile WALK, Saturday, September 19, 2015. This event is to promote "Make Better Choices" in what we eat. Early bird registration is from July 1 - August 19. Cost $35/Run and $25/Walk. Cost after August 19th - $40/Run and $25/Walk. To register, go to racepacket.com. All early bird registrants will receive a T-shirt.


Directions:
Race will begin/end at Drew Model School, 3500 23rd Street South. The race will begin at 8:00 until Noon.
