Event Description: For 41 years, Offender Aid and Restoration (OAR) has been helping those coming home from incarceration find their place back in our community, making our community safer and more inviting as a wonderful place to live. Why is OAR so successful in making sure folks do not go back to jail or prison? Please join us for breakfast and find out! This is our seventh year of hosting the Second Chance Fundraising Breakfast—a free hot breakfast where you will hear from OAR clients, volunteers, and community leaders, and meet very interesting people.
