Event Description: Since 1974, Offender Aid and Restoration (OAR) has been helping those coming home from incarceration find their place back in our community, making Arlington, Alexandria, and Falls Church safer and more inviting as wonderful places to live. Why is OAR so successful in making sure folks do not go back to jail or prison? Please join us for breakfast and find out! This is our sixth year of hosting the Second Chance Fundraising Breakfast—-a free hot breakfast where you will hear from OAR clients, volunteers, and community leaders, and meet very interesting people. We will ask you to consider making a contribution at the event, but there is no minimum (nor maximum!) donation amount. Doors open at 7:30 am, with the program beginning at 7:45.
