Event Description: Bernard Kerik ran two of the largest law enforcement organizations in the United States: the NYPD, and the NYC Corrections Department, including Rikers Island. Mr. Kerik served three years in a federal prison. His prosecution and incarceration have given him a unique, one-of-a-kind perspective of the U.S. criminal justice system. His insight is therefore invaluable, as we continue to examine our criminal justice and prison systems.
