Event Description: The Big Meow, a performance for children adapted from the book by Elizabeth Spires – the story of an ever-hopeful orange fluffball who desperately wants to belong to the band of neighborhood cats, but is ostracized for a “loud as a lion’s roar” meow.


Directions:
Driving The Old Town Theater is located at 815 1/2 King Street in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria. We wish to eliminate the hassle of city parking for you, so valet parking is offered with ticket purchase (during the opening months valet parking is complimentary) or there is advance payment available for self-parking at the Alfred Street Garage which is right around the corner from the theater. Metro The theater is eight blocks from the King Street Metro Station serving the Blue and yellow lines. A short walk to the theater from the station or take advantage of the Old Town Trolley, offering free service from the Metro station to the waterfront passing right in front of the Old Town Theater.
