Event Description: Cute Animals August 2 at 7 pm Charles Beatley Central Library continuing to the Duke Street Dog Park 5005 Duke Street Alexandria, VA 22304 FREE On August 2 “Cute Animals” will begin at Beatley Library and will continue on to the Duke Street Dog Park. We are seeking dog owners to participate with their dogs to define the space for the dancers, to progress along the sidewalk, and to use clip-on lights for caps and glow necklaces to bring a “glow” to the Duke Street dog park. People Animals Love volunteers will be a part of the performance. People Animals Love conducts a Paws to Read program and additionally works with assisted-living homes and at-risk youth.
