In this session, you will explore various pranayama practices, or the yogic focus on the use and flow of breath, and be guided in a visualization that roots mind and body. Led by yogi, community builder, and artist, Sarah Loden.
Breathwork and meditation can connect you with your inner vision and a creative and intuitive self, leading you to a flow state and the possibility for artistic outcomes. Practices and offerings vary each month, and can be noted in the "agenda" section. Every 2nd Wednesday of the month.
No experience is necessary – just bring your curiosity.
