      Highly recommend! Bright, very clean, considerate and attentive staff!
      I don't know of the other Colonial Parking garages in the area but, this one pleasantly surprised me and made my family's day in Georgetown a pleasant experience. Thank you.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. While visiting DC, we mostly used the metro. One of the days, we reserved parking using the Park Whiz app. Once we arrived and got into the garage, we found it to be overbooked with more than one of us out of luck. I was offered another space in another garage, but I chose this garage and used the Park Whiz app to vet this garage because I drive a larger pick-up.
      When I called the advertised number to inquire about their mistake I was obviously stressed and a little angry. Patty in customer service met my energy with her own negative attitude. She definitely needs retraining. I was told to e-mail a John Carpender about my issue. It's been a week with no response.

      My car was valet parked, the only option at this lot, by Colonial Parking employees at the Willard Hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue, DC.

      My $325 Maui Jim sunglasses were in the glovebox and were stolen by an employee of this company. I reported the incident, filed a claim, and spoke with customer service. Allegedly, there was no CCTV footage from inside the garage and naturally, no one is admitting to anything. So, I am out the $325 and a very unhappy. Be forewarned!!

      Parked in this lot for a 3 day stay in DC-- had a terrible time. Car was broken into and the security team was bumbling at best. They had me fill out a claim form saying they would get back to me in 72 hours. 10 days later, and nothing. When I reached out I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. Was told "while a parking space is provided within the facility, the
      arrangement does not extend to guarantee the vehicles safety". No refund for the parking fee, for the broken window, or for the stolen items within-- then why did they ask me to fill out a claims form if nothing is going to be done?
      Rude office staff-- who were less then helpful in this situation.

      My experience at colonial parking can be surmised up in one word. Bullshit.

      1. It took me at least 4 hours to get my car back from colonial parking. I called them at least 8 times.

      2. They guys that they finally sent tox me were lazy and unmotivated. They had no clue at what was going. I ended up finding my car myself in their buildin.

      3. They wanted to charge me and extra fee.

      4.I was treated in the most unprofessional, rude, and despicable manner by the customer service lady who I was speaking too.

      Absolutely awful. Customer service has got to be the worst thing I have ever dealt with. Don't waste your time trying to park here.

      Don't park here. I was trying to park in this garage but couldn't. When I parked my car and took the elevator to 7th street, I couldn't get out. There were people outside the door that couldn't get inside with their parking ticket. The door was locked or just not functioning. I complained to the attendant when I was leaving but all he could say was he would show me when I repark. I had to pay 16.00 but didn't get to park. Never had an issue in the garage before, but the attendant just blew me off. It's a ripoff. Stay away.

      I have been a monthly parker at 4100 N Fairfax since March and I have had issues with the garage at least once a month. From gate not opening/ over night security hanging up on me & leaving me stranded/ unable to access my car, gate broken unable to park my car inside / requiring me to pay park else where and administration issues.
      Delayed resolution times with customer service- had issues with recurring billing / didn't bill me for my first 4 months then dumped a $650 bill on me - turns out the auto pay I set up never worked / service rep was not able to fix / said it looked good on their end / recommended I wait until next month to see if it'll happe again - it did & the next rep was going to have me punt again. I had to advocate for someone to look into it / they said they will escalate the issue & guess what, that was 1.5 months ago and it's still not fixed. they don't follow up w issues - you have to chase them / issues remain a problem for over a month tops. I only park here because my apartment garage is under construction. honestly it's to the point where I hood my breath when walking to my car because you never know if there will be a problem. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

      Two of the kiosks didn't work. Took us 15 mins waiting in a queue to get out because it was so backed up.

      This type of business should be illegal. I paid $22 for parking for 3 hours. Then I seen an additional $41.99 charge on my card for a different parking garage in their company on a day that I was not even in the city. What the F?! Disgusting company I will never park in one of their garages again. Beware!!!

      UPDATE: there is yet ANOTHER $41.99 charge for LAST MONTH. I WASN'T EVEN IN DC!!!!!! DO NOT PARK HERE. THEY ARE CROOKED AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS EXTREMELY ILLEGAL.
